We deliver pre-sorted medications as per your dosage date and time right to your doorstep, All you have to do is, tear and take your next dose.. To get started, upload your prescription on our user-friendly platform, and we'll take care of the rest.

    Starting with BluPack is easy:

    3. Is my personal health information safe with BluPack?

    4. Can I track my medication deliveries?
    Absolutely! BluPack offers real-time delivery tracking, so you can monitor the movements of your medication shipments. You'll always know when to expect your deliveries.
    5. What happens if I have changes to my prescription? 
    If your prescription changes, upload this new prescription for your next refill. Our system will automatically adjust your medication packing and delivery to match the new prescription.
    6. Can I receive reminders for taking my medication?  
    Yes, BluPack provides medication reminder features to help you stay on track. Set customized reminders based on your medication schedule, ensuring you never miss a dose.

    8. What are the customer service hours? 
    Our customer service team is available to assist you during our standard operating hours, which are 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday. If you reach out outside of these hours, we'll get back to you promptly at the next available time.
    9. How long does it take to receive a response from customer service?

    11. What happens if a particular medicine prescribed by the doctor is not available?
    If a specific medication prescribed by your doctor is not available, our pharmacist will work with you to find an appropriate alternative. Only if you agree with the alternative medicine will it be packed for and delivered to you. Your health and well-being are our top priorities.
    12. What happens when a medicine course is over? Do we get a reminder to order again? 
    Yes, you'll receive reminders to reorder your medications when your current course is nearing completion. We want to ensure you never run out of your medications.
    13. Is BluPack more cost-effective than buying medicines through a local pharmacy?
    At BluPack our endeavour is to ensure that you will not spend more than what you spend currently on your monthly medications. We do not charge you extra for sorting and packaging your medicines. 
    Medication Storage:
    14. Do the medicines get spoiled in the sachet in the humid climate conditions? 
    No need to worry. Our medication packaging is designed to protect your medications from humidity and other various environmental factors, ensuring their efficacy and safety. The packing of medicines is done in a state of the art clean room and the process is completely automated. This is done to ensure that the medicines are not exposed to any humidity resulting in any reduction of its efficacy.
    15. Does the BluPack box need to be stored in a cool place at home? 
    While it's advisable to store your BluPack box in a cool and dry place, the packaging is designed to maintain the integrity of your medications even under typical room temperature conditions.
